3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
4. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with matching statutory elements.

Response

We respond to valid notices promptly and may remove content pending review. Repeat infringers will be banned.
