EpicFail (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is a viral-content platform operated by the EpicFail team. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is greater.
3. Content on the Service
All content is curated. Third-party submissions are reviewed before publication. We do not guarantee accuracy and may remove any content at our discretion.
4. Your submissions
By submitting content, you represent you own it or have permission from the rights holder. You grant EpicFail a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, edit for length and quality, and distribute it in connection with the Service.
5. Prohibited content
No illegal content, CSAM, doxxing, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate speech, or content that violates third-party rights.
6. DMCA
Report infringement under our DMCA Policy.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
