FLORIDA THERAPIST 32 ARRESTED FOR SLEEPING WITH HER 42-YEAR-OLD PATIENT AT A REHAB FACILITY FACES JUDGE

A Florida treatment worker is facing charges after authorities say she crossed a serious professional boundary with a patient. Michelle Luchau-Rebora, 32, was arrested after allegedly engaging in a sexual relationship with a 42-year-old patient receiving addiction and behavioral health treatment at New Hope C.O.R.P.S. According to court records, the alleged relationship took place between June and September 2025, with some encounters reportedly occurring during therapy sessions and facilitated leaves from the restricted facility. At her bond hearing, a judge set bond at $5,000 and ordered Luchau-Rebora to have no contact with the alleged victim.
